Hello Friends , In This Tutorial i will show you how to make a folder password protected without using any particular software.We are going to use batch file programing and it will work on all windows platform.


* First Open Notepad



* Now Copy following code and paste it to notepad 3

* Now save the file as lock.bat (.bat extension is a MUST)


* Double-click the .bat file. A folder named MyFolder will be created. Put the data you       want to be secure in this folder.

* Double-click the .bat file again. A window like this should appear -


















* Type in Y and hit enter. Your folder will be hidden. 

* To access your files, simply double-click the .bat file. You will be prompted to enter your password. Type it in and hit Enter. Now you can access your files!

Note: The default password is Savetopic.
